West 22nd Street & Forestdale Ave.
(City of Cleveland Ward 12)

CLEVELAND – On Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019 Dominion Energy Ohio’s gas pipeline infrastructure replacement project will begin on the following streets:

    • Forestdale Avenue – 2235 Forestdale Ave. to 1809 Forestdale Ave.
    • West 22nd Place – Forestdale Avenue., south, 125 feet on the east side of the road.
    • Fern Court – West 22nd Place to 2002 Fern Court.

The improvements include replacing the old steel mainline with a new plastic mainline in the sidewalk area. One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times within the project limits with traffic control personnel directing traffic flow. Access to adjacent driveways will be maintained throughout construction. All work zones will be removed at the end of each work day. The work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This project is scheduled for completion in January 2019. If the weather prevents permanent restorations to the sidewalk, a temporary sidewalk will be used until permanent restorations can be completed in the spring.
