UPDATE: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport Technical Issues; Employee Email Access Restored

The City of Cleveland continues to address issues stemming from the discovery of malware on computer systems at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

In addition, CLE continues to provide updates on this matter to its airlines, tenants and airport staff.

To further ensure cyber security, the City of Cleveland began the process of reformatting all of Port Control’s user computers with a new operating system and applications. Employee access to emails has also been restored. CLE has shared cyber security tips for end users to ensure they understand potential threats and best practices.
