Part of ongoing road improvements from Woodworth Avenue to Waterloo Road

CLEVELAND – On July 3, 2017 as a part of the City’s ongoing road improvement project on E. 152nd Street, a short-term detour will be implemented for the eastbound and westbound traffic on Noble Road and Woodworth Avenue at the East 152nd Street intersection.

  • Westbound Noble Road and Woodworth Avenue traffic will be detoured south on East 152nd Road, west on Coit Avenue to Woodworth Avenue.
  • Eastbound Woodworth Avenue will be detoured east on Coit Road, north on East 152nd Road to Noble Road.

This detour will remain in place for 5 days, with normal traffic on Woodworth Avenue and Noble Road resuming by Saturday, July 8th.

The entire East 152nd Street project extends along a 1.6 mile section of East 152nd Street from Woodworth Avenue to Waterloo Road.  The improvements include asphalt milling, pavement base repair, asphalt resurfacing, installation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant ramps, curb and sidewalk replacement as needed, water main installation, and new pavement markings.
