Former City of Cleveland Employee Personnel File Released

CLEVELAND – The City of Cleveland is releasing the personnel file of Mr. Rufus Taylor, a former City employee in the Department of Building and Housing. He was the bureau manager of demolition. Taylor was arrested and charged with the following offense:

    • Charged with bribery and extortion.
