East 14th Street to East 18th Street
Oct. 6 through Oct. 7
(City of Cleveland Wards 3 and 7)

CLEVELAND – On Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018 Euclid Avenue will close to vehicular traffic from East 14th Street to East 18th Street. The closure allows crews to assemble a tower crane at East 17th Street and Euclid Avenue for a construction project.

Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained during the road closure. Vehicular traffic detours are:

    • Euclid Avenue eastbound traffic will proceed south onto East 14th Street, east on Prospect Avenue and north on East 18th Street.
    • Euclid Avenue westbound traffic will proceed north on East 18th Street, west on Chester Avenue and south on East 13th Street.
    • Traffic controllers and detour signs will direct traffic around the work zone.

The detour will be in place until the project is completed on Oct. 7, 2018.

Editor’s Note: Road construction invariably presents hazards to the public. All travelers are urged to use caution in construction zones. Public safety and the safety of workers is a top priority.
