Cleveland Delivers First Progress Report

In a strong effort to make a sweeping change in the police culture and in complying with a mandated consent decree to reform the Cleveland Police Department, Mayor Frank G. Jackson and members of his Administration spoke with media reporters after the City of Cleveland issued its first progress report on Wednesday, December 9, 2015. This report was delivered to Judge Solomon Oliver, who is overseeing the effort to make sure the City of Cleveland is complying with the Consent Decree.
